Catching Up!

Well it seems April, May and June prooved to be too much for blogging. It's not like I didn't want to I just never found the time to do it. I figured once a month would not be too much but once again I was just wrong! I do this same thing with my journal writing. I used to write in my journal every day. Then I got married, had kids and found that every day was just too much, so I went to once a week. Then I had more kids and a house to run so once a week became too much so I went to once a month. Now, for 15 years that has been my "goal". I have to admit there are some times when several months go by before I set aside the time to record. So...I guess this is going to be the way it is with "blogging". It is July and so I am going to try to catch up once again. Now, Holly has managed to convinced me to add Pinterest to my list of things in the virtual world I should be doing, so who knows how it is all going to come together? I do like the Pinterest thing, I really do! So many cool things, ideas, recipes etc. Where were these people when I was a young mother trying to find interesting things? Back when I had energy and enthusiasm to try just about anything! Well, it is here now so I just hope I can find the time to enjoy it! As for our living in Germany update, things are finally settling down some. I still continue to look over my shoulder for what might be going to happen next. As if looking will stop it from coming?! We are moving in a few weeks to base housing. Some of us in the house are looking forward to the move, others (Rhett, Hayden) not so much! Well see! I think it will be a good move and wish we could have just gone there to begin with. Our house here in Sillenbuch is wonderful, but (there is always a but) I have learned what allergies are and can tell you that a house with black mold can kill an otherwise healthy person. I now have sympathy for those who suffer with allegies but hope that once I am out of here I will never know what it feels like to not be able to breathe or to constantly feel the constriction in your chest and throat. It's not fun! I will post a few pictures from the spring flowers blooming. This yard is gorgeous with it's gardens and fruit trees. It's been a nice stop, now on to the next evolution!
